KingMath Philosophy

Mathematic is like building a house. If the foundation is solid, the house will stand firm. If not, the house will fall down with a rainstorm. Without foundation, higher levels of math cannot stand because math itself is a cumulative subject.

Parents ask one same question:
"Why do children begin to hate math as they go to a higher grade level?"

KingMath was founded to give those parents the right answer by showing them the right math method. Having students solve operational questions again and again is one sure way to make them lose interest in and appetite for higher levels of math. Repetition of solving operational problems cannot be an answer for word problems.

KingMath is different. KingMath lays a solid foundation for students with four-step learning. First, students learn mathematical principles and concepts. Second, students are taught with different solving methods, which expose students to think and find the right method. Third, students solve the word problems and application problems. Fourth, students can develop a logical and creative thinking ability through previous steps.

Thus, students not only build up problem-solving skills but also enhance creativity.
